Search preannouncements
Overview
You can open an overview of all preannouncements made for vessels or locations linked to your terminal. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Search Preannouncements’ button.

Using search criteria
On top of the screen you can open the Search criteria option. This gives you the opportunity to filter your results.

Using a Barcode scanner to find preannouncements
Every preannouncement has its own barcode. If you have a barcode scanner connected to your hardware, you can use it to scan a barcode of a preannouncement when the overview is opened. You must have your cursor in the preannouncement number field.
By scanning the barcode, it will search for the correct preannouncement and opens it immediately.
Using the Enter / Exit buttons on a visitor
Use these buttons to indicate whether the visitor is entering or leaving the perimeter. An administrator must link users to (sub)locations to enable this. (See configuration – security) You can enter visitors individually, or all visitors from a pre-registration at once, using the "Arrival," "Arrival All," "Departure," or "Departure All" buttons.

In the pop-up window that appears when an arrival is reported, the fields already known from the pre-registration are pre-populated where possible. For visitors without Alfapass, a separate "visitor card number" field is available.

For visitors with Alfapass, no card number needs to be entered, as Alfapass can also be used.
For more information about the integration options with Alfapass, please email your question to info@alfapass.be.
