Trust announcers for future preannouncements / Manage trusts

When approving a preannouncement, you can choose to trust the announcers’ company for the next 3 months. Every preannouncement created by that company for visiting your terminal will be automatically approved.

When 3 months have passed, the first preannouncement(s) made by that company will need manual approval again (however you can choose to trust them again). If you decide not to trust a trusted company anymore, click the ‘Trusted companies’ button in your dashboard.

Manage trusted companies

Open the Trusted companies functionality in your dashboard. In this view you will find all the companies that are trusted by your company. You can track who trusted the company and when. ‘Days remaining’ gives you an easy counter for how long these companies remain trusted. If you select the record, you can delete or extend their trusted status.
