Preannouncements per seagoing vessel

In this overview you will see all preannouncements made for each seagoing vessel.

By clicking on one of the vessels you will see detailed information about the vessel, agency, contacts and the preannouncements made. Click the “export” button to download a pdf file containing all information and visits grouped by reason.

Optionally, you can add or manage any attachments relevant to the vessel.

Add or manage contacts for the vessel and upload a crew list. This information can be required for some locations.

You can see the exact same details as looking for the preannouncement through the 'search preannouncements’ button. The screen is slightly different but contains the same information.
